Common questions before you brief us.
How long until I get a response?
One working day, in writing, from a named member of our senior team. Same day if your brief arrives before 11am UK time.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. We're happy to work under your standard NDA, our standard mutual NDA, or to sign mutually before any project detail is shared. Just say so in your brief.
Do you accept smaller projects?
Yes, for internal-only proprietary work where a 2,000-response floor isn't required. Anything public-facing or press-bound we strongly recommend the 2,000 floor for credibility — and we'll tell you if your project really needs higher.
How is pricing structured?
Project fees are quoted as fixed prices once sample, questionnaire complexity and reporting requirements are agreed. There are no hidden recharges. Recurring trackers and data subscriptions are quoted as annual programmes with reduced unit pricing.
How do you handle our data?
All data handling is GDPR-compliant. Project-level data is held only as long as needed for delivery and audit. Personally identifiable respondent data is never shared with clients — only weighted, aggregated results.
